The journey began with a deep dive into understanding BEON's core values and vision. Through a combination of strategic workshops, market analysis, and conversations with the founders, we were able to pinpoint the unique qualities that set BEON apart. We wanted a name that was simple, yet powerful — something that could represent both mental focus and the idea of "being present" in the moment.
A Japanese ensō was created to acknowledge the company’s essence, values and teachings of being present and in the moment. The ensō conveys that moment when the mind is free to simply let the body create. The result was the creation of a brand that aligns perfectly with the company’s ethos, as a first-impression focal point for Beon.
In collaboration with Brand Alchemy, we helped bring BEON’s soft launch to life, where a collection of founders' inner circle came to experience the brand’s ethos firsthand. A live demonstration by a Japanese artist, who painted a 1-meter ensō, beautifully captured BEON’s philosophy of mindfulness and presence. Each attendee was also gifted a hand-painted ensō, adding a personal touch and reinforcing the brand’s core values.
